1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the customer referral offer ("Referral Offer") provided by Ready Finance Group PTY LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Referral Offer, the referring customer ("Referrer") agrees to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Referral Offer is open to everyone.

Referrals must be new customers who have not previously applied for a mortgage or asset finance with Ready Finance Group PTY LTD.

Referrals will not be accepted for your own home loan or asset finance applications.

3. Referral Rewards

For each successful referral resulting in the settlement of a home loan, the Referrer will receive a $250 Visa gift card.

For each successful referral resulting in the settlement of an asset finance loan, the Referrer will receive a $100 Visa gift card.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.

4. Conditions of Reward Payment

The Visa gift card will be issued only upon the successful settlement of the referred customer's home loan or asset finance loan.

"Successful settlement" is defined as the completion of all necessary legal and financial processes, resulting in the disbursement of funds to the referred customer.

Referrals must provide the Referrer's full name and contact information at the time of application to be eligible for the Referral Offer.

5. Referral Process

Referrals can be made by submitting the referred customer's details through our online form via our website.

The Referrer must ensure that the referred customer is aware of and consents to their information being shared with Ready Finance Group PTY LTD for the purposes of this Referral Offer.

6. Exclusions

Referrals made for the Referrer's own home loan or asset finance applications will not be eligible for the Referral Offer.

Employees of Ready Finance Group PTY LTD and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Referral Offer.

7. Miscellaneous

Ready Finance Group PTY LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Offer at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any disputes regarding the Referral Offer, the decision of Ready Finance Group PTY LTD shall be final and binding.

The Visa gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.

The Referral Offer is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Why should I use a Mortgage Broker?

Brokers work as the intermediary between you and the lender. We work in your best interest to get you the best loan for your scenario. Your broker will be your single point of contact throughout the process; no more waiting on hold and explaining your situation to several different people.

You could potentially be wasting your time taking your application directly to the wrong bank for your scenario; instead let your broker get it right the first time.

At what point should I see a mortgage broker?

If you’re coming off a fixed rate, it is best to speak to a broker 4 to 6 weeks before the fixed rate expires. That way, you can ensure you don’t revert to a super high revert rate, and the transition to a new low-rate loan all happens at the right time.

If you’re looking to buy a home, it would be best to speak to a broker 2 weeks out from when you are going to start looking in earnest. The broker can then assess borrowing capacity, and check credit ratings, and eligibility before possibly helping with a pre-approval.

How much do mortgage brokers charge?

Our service to you is free of charge; we are paid by your chosen lender when your loan settles at no extra expense to you.

Is it better to use a mortgage broker?

There are benefits of using a broker compared to going directly to the bank. Most brokers work with several different banks, and if your scenario fits, the broker will find you the best deal with the cheapest rate.

If you use a broker at Ready, you will have one contact whom you can keep in touch with via text, call, or email; no waiting in call center queues, no need to explain your issue to the 3rd person in a row.

Sometimes, going directly to the bank, you can waste time by applying to a bank that won’t even consider your scenario. A good broker will be able to navigate the pitfalls and go to the right lender the first time around.
